Local Machines

AI integration & automation

Integrate it. Plan it. Build it.

AI integration, automation consulting, and development for businesses that want the work done in the software they already pay for. We connect the model, decide what is worth automating, and build it.

What we actually do

Three kinds of work. All of it practical.

No strategy offsites. No twelve-month digital transformation. Integration, a written plan, and the development to make it run.

AI integration

The model gets connected to the inbox, the accounts, the CRM and the job system. It reads and writes where your team already works, instead of living in a chat window nobody opens.

Your systems, not a new one

Automation consulting

Half a day with the people who do the work. You leave with a written list of what repeats, what to leave alone, and which three jobs are worth building first.

A plan, not a slide deck

Development

We build the workflows, the agents and the joins between systems. Quoted before we start, tested on your real backlog, and handed over running.

Built, then handed over

Who this is for

Four situations we see every week.

You tried ChatGPT and it did not stick

Someone opened an account, asked it to write an email, and then everyone went back to the old way. The gap is not the model. It is wiring it to the actual job.

You are being sold a platform

A vendor wants twelve months and a per-seat licence. We will tell you whether you need it, or whether the tools you already pay for will do the job with a bit of wiring.

You want it in the tools you already have

A machine on your network is the right answer for some businesses. For others the job is a proper join between the inbox, the accounts and the CRM. This engagement is that join, built and handed over.

You want it built, not just recommended

We install machines and we build integrations in the same businesses: trades, clinics, bookkeepers, property offices. Consulting finds the jobs. Development ships them.

How it goes

A review, a plan, then only what you approve.

  1. 01

    We watch the work

Nothing gets recommended until we have seen someone do the job by hand, in the tools they actually use.

    Half a day

  2. 02

    You get a written plan

What to automate, what to leave, which tools to keep, and a fixed price to implement the first three workflows if you want us to.

    Within three business days

  3. 03

    We build what you approve

Or you take the plan and do it internally. There is no obligation to keep us on, and the discovery work carries over if you later want a box.

    On your say-so

What it costs

One fee for the review. The rest is quoted.

A half-day review on the Gold Coast or in Brisbane is $1,400. That includes the written map and a fixed price to implement the first three workflows, if you want us to. Remote is the same price.

After the review

  • Implementation is quoted before any work starts. You can take the plan and do it internally instead.
  • If a bench or shelf unit is the right next step, the discovery work carries over. You do not pay for it twice.
  • Fifteen minutes on the phone is enough for us to tell you whether consulting, a machine, or neither is the fit.
