Local Machines

AI consulting & integration

Decide what to automate, then wire it into the tools you already use.

Consulting is the half day with the people who do the work. Integration is what happens after you approve the plan: the model reads and writes in the inbox, the accounts, the CRM and the job system. One engagement, quoted before we build.

The other services are the local machine and AI software.

One engagement

A plan, then the wiring.

Most businesses do not need a transformation program. They need someone to watch the week, name the three jobs worth doing, and connect those jobs to the software already on the bill.

A plan, not a slide deck

Consulting

Half a day at your office, from Coolangatta to Coomera, or the same visit remote. We sit with the people who do the job, in the tools they use. You leave with a written list of what repeats, what to leave alone, and which three jobs are worth doing first.

Your systems, not a new one

Integration

The model gets connected to Xero, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, HubSpot, ServiceM8, Shopify and the inbox. An enquiry becomes a CRM record. A site note becomes a quote draft. A chaser stops the moment the invoice is paid. The records stay in the systems you already trust.

Who this is for

Four situations we see every week.

You tried ChatGPT and it did not stick

Someone opened an account, asked it to write an email, and then everyone went back to the old way. The gap is not the model. It is wiring it to the actual job.

You are being sold a platform

A vendor wants twelve months and a per-seat licence. We will tell you whether you need it, or whether the tools you already pay for will do the job with a bit of wiring.

You want it in the tools you already have

A machine on your network is the right answer for some businesses. For others the job is a proper join between the inbox, the accounts and the CRM. This engagement is that join, built and handed over.

You want it wired in, not just recommended

The review ends with a fixed price to connect the first workflows to the software you already use. If those tools cannot do the job, that is AI software, quoted on its own.

How it goes

A review, a plan, then only what you approve.

  1. 01

    We watch the work

Nothing gets recommended until we have seen someone do the job by hand, in the tools they actually use.

    Half a day

  2. 02

    You get a written plan

What to automate, what to leave, which tools to keep, and a fixed price to implement the first three workflows if you want us to.

    Within three business days

  3. 03

    We build what you approve

Or you take the plan and do it internally. There is no obligation to keep us on, and the discovery work carries over if you later want a box.

    On your say-so

What it costs

One fee for the review. The rest is quoted.

A half-day review on the Gold Coast or in Brisbane is $1,400. That includes the written map and a fixed price to implement the first workflows, if you want us to. Remote is the same price.

After the review

  • Integration is quoted before any work starts. You can take the plan and do it internally instead.
  • If a local machine is the right next step, the discovery work carries over. You do not pay for it twice.
  • If the current tools cannot do the job, we quote AI software separately. Fifteen minutes on the phone is enough to say which one fits.
